Fees & Charges Policy


1. Late Payment Fees

All invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

  • A late payment fee of £2.00 per day will be applied
  • This charge will commence 24 hours after the invoice due date
  • The fee will continue to accrue daily until the outstanding balance is paid in full


We reserve the right to restrict access to units and/or take further action where accounts remain unpaid.


2. Administration Fees

Customers are provided with access to an online portal to manage payments and account details. Administration fees are applied where manual intervention is required.


Standard Administration Fee – £15.00


Applied in the following circumstances:


  • Manual payments processed by our team on behalf of the customer
  • Customer-requested changes to subscriptions (including billing dates, payment methods, or unit changes)


3. Repeated Manual Handling


To encourage use of the online portal and reduce administrative time, additional fees may apply for repeated requests.


  • Where a customer requires multiple manual payments or repeated account changes, an increased administration fee of £20.00 per request may be applied


4. Failed or Missed Payments


Where a payment fails (e.g. failed card or direct debit):


  • A £15.00 administration fee may be applied to cover processing and follow-up
  • Continued failure to make payment will result in late payment fees as outlined above


5. General


  • All fees are applied to cover reasonable administrative and operational costs
  • We aim to keep charges fair and transparent while encouraging customers to manage their accounts via the online portal
  • We reserve the right to amend fees with reasonable notice
